First of all we must talk about anger then how to manage it. Anger is an issue that we all face each day of our life. Whether you are the one struggling to deal with anger or someone else, anger affects us all. Anger is an emotion when triggered will act out either negatively or positively. Learning to control emotions and anger is important to be a successful person in life. You must also understand where anger come from and how to deal with it properly. Lots of times anger is caused from emotions or stress which both can be controlled to a certain level of capacity. One of the greatest things about being human is our emotions. As human beings we have been blessed with getting to live through potent emotions such as love, joy, happiness, etc. But there are also emotions that are just as strong but not as positive. Things like depression, sadness, and anger. It is not the anger which is the matter of concern but the mismanaged temper and anger which is the chief root of conflict. Dealing with anger with proper stress management will bring back the much needed strength that we all need. Well when i started this tutorial I really didn’t know what i wanted to do because they all were interesting. I choose to do a portfolio site and it was actually pretty cool just because i did the entire site in photo shop. I learned how to use certain tools to create certain shapes without actually drawing any of it. The site was rather easy and quick. I really didn’t have any problems with creating this site at all and i do see myself creating more sites in photo shop because i feel you could really good creative with the site.
Trustworthiness is a moral value considered to be a virtue. A trustworthy person is someone in whom you can place your trust and rest assured that the trust will not be betrayed. A person can prove their trustworthiness by fulfilling an assigned responsibility – and as an extension of that, not to let down expectations. The responsibility can be either material, such as delivering a mail package on time, or it can be non-material such as keeping an important secret to themselves. A trustworthy person is someone that you can tell your worries and secrets to and know they won’t repeat them without your permission. In general, in order for trust to be earned, worth and integrity must be proven over time.
It is so important that you earn ones trust. You can’t operate a successful business without this very important aspect of life. To trust one is to absolutely have no doubts that what you ask or what ever task is placed in front of them will be taken care of in the utmost respect. Keeping intimate secrets or personal talks are all parts of being trusted. So if you want to run a successful business make sure that your trustworthy and the people you hire are trustworthy too!
Honesty and Integrity go hand-in-hand, but in today’s world, it seems that people have grown so lax that both of these traits have flown out of the window. In fact, if you ask the majority of today’s youth to give you the truest definition of honesty and integrity, they may be able to tell you that being honest means telling the truth, but they probably won’t be able to tell you anymore than that.
Although most people understand what honesty is – telling the truth – do you understand what telling the truth entails? For example, yes it is wrong to lie, but isn’t it also wrong not to tell the whole truth, or the whole story so to speak? Many people believe that withholding portions of the truth is the same as lying, and if you are doing this, you are not practicing honesty.
But, again, if you ask today’s youth about integrity, most won’t have a clue what you are talking about. This is a word that they know how to spell. They have some small idea of what it pertains to, but they have no real grasp on what it means to have integrity, along with honesty. If you have integrity, it means that you live your life in a moral and ethical way. Honesty covers lying, but integrity seemingly covers everything else in life.
Well today I will speak a little about home page design. I will start with my church. The home page is rather boring, it gets to the point in certain ways but might not really catch ones attention to make them want to stay and visit. It express the whole “it’s a religious site” but not in the form that it needs to be in. When the page first opens the mountains and the color blue jumps out at you in a calm and relaxing way. I would revive this site with a little more attraction, something that would jump out and grab your attention. Now some other not so pretty sites, interactive space. Um, is it really worth commenting about, its boreing and plain. Fill the page up with some interesting graphics. How are you gonna post bad sites and be one of them? Upn.com is another that is very boring and plain site that has nothing interesting going on at all. It needs to be spiced up a little with graphics and flash added to capture attention. Now some good sites that I found, www.iaguitar.com and www. thescorpionreturns.com. Very impressive, iaguiter is a very nice and clear site. It gets to the point and shows some nice guitars. I would not change anything about it. The scorpion returns is a really nice site of a single car that features 3D environments with a very unique and stylish navigational menu. The only thing worth changing is the amount of time it takes it to upload the actual picture.
In the world of web designing being professional at what you do is very important. This is a very professional business that takes the very best of one’s ability to comprehend the concepts of the web. After attending this class, I hope that I will have achieved the professionalism that is needed to become successful in this line of work. The web is very challenging because it is always changing. Diversity is good because it will always keep you on your toes, so thank God for diversity . The ability to change upon any given notice without the accept ion of thinking just reacting. So many jobs consist of the same thing never changing or anything. And we wonder why people life’s are so boring because a lot of them doesn’t have any diversity going on in their professions. I wonder what would it be like for me to always do the same thing without ever being surprise or challenged to stay ahead of the game. Life is a challenging all by it self, but an interesting concept to try to understand, so why not be just as intrigued about work, always looking for ways to explore beyond recognition. I think web design is that perfect job for exploring the world.
Designing web sites are very interesting because there are so many things you can do. Accomplishing as many of the aspects o f the web that I can accomplished in a year is my goal. I want to know everything: how it works, whats the purpose, how to apply it to everyday life, how to get the most out of it when you only know a little, and how that I can be great at designing any kind of page any where. I hope to gain a lot of knowledge on how the web operates and how to use it. I hope when I’m out of this class that i will have come close to mastering the web, if that’s even possible. I’m really afraid of not succeeding in this course, because I really don’t know much about web design. But I’m really excited about learning and absorbing all that there is to absorb. I guess it’s ok that I’m a little scared, but i have to stay focus and follow the Lord and the rest will fall into place. What excites me most about this course is the fact that when I’m finished with this program I will be able to build a web site all by myself! To be able to design a site that I have created will be wonderful. The sky is the limit on the capabilities of learning about all the things that deal with the web.
